SUGGESTED USE:
Mix 1 scoop (17.3 g) with 15 oz (420 ml) of water and shake for as long as needed (usually 30-60 s) until fully dissolved. Drink before or during training. For best results take another serving immediately after training or at any other time of the day on an empty stomach. Using very cold water can hinder solubility and cause foaming.
