SUGGESTED USE:
For adults, mix one (1) level scoop (approximately 50 g) of MEX GLYCO-TOR PRO with 10-12 oz (about 340 ml) of your favorite beverage (water, milk, juice, etc.). Blend in a blender, shake in a shaker or stir with a spoon in a glass until smooth (usually 20-30 s).
