SUGGESTED USE:
For adults, mix one (1) scoop (35 g) of MEX HYDRO BEEF PRO in 6-8 oz (about 220 ml) of your favorite non-acidic beverage (water, milk, etc.). Blend in a blender, shake in a shaker or stir with a spoon in a glass until smooth (usually 20-30 s). For best results consume two or three scoops of MEX HYDRO BEEF PRO spread throughout the day in conjunction with your training regimen.
