Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
You have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from MEX Online Store. Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from a courier or USPS.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will be rejected.
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to MEX Online Store. MEX Online Store shall send your exchanged items back at no charge, one-time (domestic only). Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
MEX Online Store will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 24 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email as to the availability of the item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if
1. The item(s) have been returned later than 14 days of the delivery unless a defect is revealed that is attributable to the manufacturer.
2. The item(s) have been worn or washed.
3. The item(s) have been altered.
4. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition.
5. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
6. The item(s) were a Final Sale item.
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:
1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without.
2. Please write in detail which items you want exchanged.
3. Contact us for mailing address.
Upon receiving your return, MEX Online Store will processes your return within 48 hours from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
A restocking fee of $5.00 per package is applied for all returned packages.
